Poffertjes Pandan

Bahan:
150 gr tepung terigu
350 ml santan dari ½ butir kelapa
1 butir telur
½ sdt garam
Pasta pandan secukupnya
Saus Kinca:
75 gr gula merah
¼ sdt garam
400 ml santan kental
1 lembar daun pandan
200 gr daging durian
Cara Membuat:
Campur tepung terigu, santan, telur, garam, dan daun pandan, aduk rata.
Panaskan cetakan poffertjes, tuang adonan, masak hingga setengah matang, balikkan kue, masak hingga matang dua sisi.
Saus kinca: campur semua bahan, masak hingga gula larut, angkat lalu saring.
Panaskan kembali saus, lalu masukkan durian, aduk hingga rata. Angkat.
Sajikan poffertjes dengan kinca durian selagi hangat. (vem/yel)
