Kue lapis Jagung

Bahan:
300gr tp beras
100gr tp kanji
200gr gula pasir
200gr jagung manis parut
1250 cc santan
2sdmk coklat pasta ,sedikit garam.

Caranya:

Tepung beras,kanji,jagung parut,campur aduk rata dg gula psair.
Tuang santan dikit-dikit hingga licin kalau perlu disaring.
Bagi dua ,satu bagian beri coklat pasta.
Panaskan dandang olesi cetakan loaf 10kali 20 dengan minyak.
Tuang 1sdkadonan putih kukus 10 mnt seterusnya sampai adonan putih habis.
Lalu tuang diatasnya 1sdk sayur adonan coklat,biarkan 10mnt.Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Terakhir kukus selama 20mnt.

SETELAH DINGIN baru dipotong.
